Feel free to drop by our office with rent, maintenance requests, or paperwork on weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:30PM.   There is also a drop slot located at the bottom of the office door if you would like to drop any paperwork or rent off after hours.  Our office is located at:

Before obtaining any pet(s), you must call the office to find out if your property allows that type of pet(s).  If so, please inquire as to signing the Pet Agreement, and paying the additional rent/deposit.

All tenants using a storage locker are reminded that they must attach a visible label with the following information:  Tenant’s full name, apartment number/letter.

For routine maintenance, please call our maintenance department at 410-358-6418.  The maintenance department is open 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on weekdays.  If you reach the voicemail, please leave a detailed message with your full name, address, apartment number, service request, and return phone number – should there be any questions. 

For emergency service after hours, weekends, and holidays, please call the maintenance emergency service phone number at 443-324-6644.  If you have locked yourself out of your apartment, both during and after business hours, there is a $75.00 lock-out fee.
